INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT

If you want to take your investment game to the next level, this offering is for you. I help manage your current investment portfolio so that it aligns with your investment goals.

Investing Made Easy

Investment management is an important piece to the financial planning puzzle, but remember, it is only a piece. I say this because it makes little difference if your portfolio is doing well, but you are drowning in high interest debt. Make sure you are financially healthy before wading into the investment waters.

If you are ready to enter the investment world or you’re just at a point where you need some help, investment management is right for you. With so many products and solutions out there, it can be paralysis by analysis. Let’s pinpoint what is important to you with regard to your investment goals and build a portfolio that helps you achieve them.

HOW IT WORKS:

FIRST.

Discovery Meeting

This meeting allows me to learn about you and what makes you tick. Additionally, you can ask me any questions you may have. The purpose of this meeting is to determine if we would be a good fit to work with each other.

SECOND.

Information Gathering/Goal Setting Meeting

This meeting is where we go through any and all of your investment account statements, complete paperwork to transfer any accounts and discuss your investment goals and objectives.

THIRD.

Plan Delivery Meeting

This meeting is to present your investment management plan with associated investment policy statement. Here I will recommend specific investments for current assets available, as well as future contributions to your portfolio. We’ll discuss any additional implementation and monitoring details, as well.

FOURTH.

Review Meeting

These meetings are set up semi-annually to evaluate your portfolio.

What Does It Cost?

Account Value Annual Advisory Fee
$0 ‐ $250,000 1.00%
$250,001 ‐ $500,000 0.95%
$500,001 ‐ $1,000,000 0.90%
$1,000,001 and above 0.85%

The fee is a blended fee and is calculated by assessing the % rates using the asset levels in the chart.

Let’s look at an example.

Say you want me to manage $280,000 for you.

You’d calculate this as follows:

$250,000 x 1.0% = $2,500
$30,000 x 0.95% = $285
=$2,785 (your annual investment management fee charged monthly or quarterly)

This sounds exactly like what I need!
